Error with latest update

Hi there,

after installing the latest update, I get the following error. I´m using a child theme. The plugins I am using have not changed since. And when I install the old x-theme again, the error is gone, so its definitely a theme problem.
Can you please help me with thi sissue?

ERRORS with x-theme update:

Thanks for writing in! I could not locate your site URL through your Themeco account. We will require it for further assistance.

In the meantime, please make sure the following.

  1. You need to update both X theme and Cornerstone plugin so that it will be compatible after updating.

  2. You need to clear style cache through X -> Settings section, after updating your site.

  3. If you’re using a caching plugin, make sure to purge your server cache after updating your site.

  4. If you’re still having issue, switch to your parent X theme and see if you’re experiencing any issues with your child theme.

  5. Make sure that you’re running at least PHP v5.6.x on your server to avoid incompatibility issues.

Hi, I must correct my question: the error I posted first was actually really not the problem. Its the following error and it appears only when I´m on the buddypress profile page. I´m using the child theme. Could it have something to do that the template files of buddypress are too old?
I read that this error might have to do with an old jquery version being loaded. Unfortunately I am still working on a local machine. the error happens only after installing the latest x-theme and the corresponding cornerstone plugin.

Actually I resolved the problem myself: the error was due to the new Buddypress template pack Novoeau. For anyone having the same issue, go to the Buddypress settings and choose the Nouveau template pack.
