Thanks for writing in! 
Please delete the folder /wp-content/themes/x/ through FTP or your hosting’s File Manager, then re-install it again in admin.
If the issue persists then you’ll have to manually install the theme through FTP or hosting’s file manager. You have to unpack the x.zip file and upload the folder /x/ to /wp-content/themes/. You can download the X theme on your ThemeCO dashboard.
If it still won’t install correctly then your site could have permission issue in which you’ll have to contact your hosting provider for them to fix it.
