Error when going to 'Elements'

I recently upgraded my X theme to Pro version.
Ever since then when editing a page every time i click on Elements the site crashes and shows this page

Not Found
The requested URL /content/840/elements was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

That seems to be the only thing that is broken.
Does anyone know what i would need to do to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out.

It’s permalink related, please try switching to different permalink format other than the default/plain. You can do that in Admin > Settings > Permalinks.
