Error when adjusting front end editor

Hi There, I was finishing up my website and used the front end editor to add a title.
In saving my homepage i lost my slider on the top I had a full width gallery and now there is a red box with an error message. Do you know if i did something to mess it up? Can you please help me recover my home page.
