Hello, I have been troubleshooting without any success, my website shows "There has been a critical error on this website."after updating the theme. Can someone take a look at it? I added the login info below.

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully the given credentials does not work. Please see the secure note below. In the meantime, if you can login to your FTP, kindly enable the WordPress debug mode. You might be able to see an error message on the site right away. If not, the error log could reveal where the problem is originating.

Also, I was able to login using SFTP with the credentials I provided with no problem.

I tried to log in through the FTP but the given FTP details are not working. Please recheck and send us again.

Hi @lostimagination,

The FTP credentials worked and I found that only the X theme is installed there. I have uploaded a default theme and activated it by renaming the X theme folder and now the Admin Login page is accessible. But unfortunately, the previously given credentials are not working anymore. I would suggest you check and reshare once again.
