Are you on the latest version? (X 5.2.4) If not, would you mind adding WordPress admin and FTP credentials in a secure note? We can take a closer look at what’s going on there.

I don’t see that warning anymore, but I’m seeing the closing HTML tag message. This looks like a false positive. The HTML closing tag is there, but Cornerstone can’t properly detect it because W3TC is putting additional content beyond the closing tag. We can get this fixed in another update. For now, if you add this to functions.php of a child theme the error should go away:
