Error: scrollBottom is not a function Scroll to top does not appear

Page, epoxygroutpro.com.au I have disabled plug-in to test for conflicts, re installed and updated and activated the bare minimum one by one with no change to the Scroll to top button working.
I use to work, Right hand side, 10% of page, now it does not!

I get the below in Chrome:

I have tried deactivating it and clear cache and purged cache…
I am out of ideas, Help Please ty

Since you are done with the basic troubleshooting procedures and the issues still persists, would you mind sharing your admin credentials so that we take a closer look? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

Scroll may be turned off at the moment as I was activating and deactivating trying to do anything….
You may turn it back on: right side, 15% down page.

This is a known issue with the latest release of the theme. This has already been added to our issue tracker and will be looked into by our development team. I cannot make any promises relating to a fix at this stage. I will add a note to the tracker referencing your report though so our dev team can see there are multiple reports of the issue.
