There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us recognize the reason.
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
I would also request you activate any of the default themes like TwentyTwenty, and check if the issue persists or not, if the issue does exist, please inform the plugin author of this. If not, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

It might be the following issue, I would suggest you check it
Check for Payment Gateway Configuration: Ensure that your payment gateway is properly configured with accurate settings, including API keys, credentials, and other relevant information. Incorrect or missing payment gateway settings can cause checkout errors.
Verify SSL Certificate: If you have an SSL certificate installed on your website, verify that it is properly configured and functioning correctly. SSL issues can sometimes trigger checkout errors.
Review Checkout Settings: Double-check your WooCommerce checkout settings to ensure that they are correctly configured. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout and verify that all the settings, such as billing/shipping address, payment methods, and checkout behavior, are properly set up.
Update WooCommerce and Plugins: Make sure you are running the latest versions of WooCommerce and all plugins related to checkout and payments.
Review Error Logs: Check your website’s error logs to identify any specific error messages related to the checkout process.
If it doesn’t work for you please share the staging server login details so that we can check it on our end without breaking the live site. Please shares the FTP details as well.

Is the payment option works when Pro is deactivated? If yes, this could be some theme issue but if not, there could be some other functionality that conflicts with the payment process. We couldn’t test if the payment option works properly because this is using live data. Is there a chance to clone your website into a staging area?
