Thank you for writing in, would you mind to clarify how we can replicate the issue? I’ve tested your subscription form, and I did not get that error.
In the meantime, please update your X theme to the latest version (7.2.3) since you already updated the Cornerstone to the latest version.
Updating Your Themes and Plugins
Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
