When I’m editing in Cornerstone I’m getting the following error message show up in my editor:
It’s not showing up on the front end, and I’m grateful for that but this is new. This started after the update. Can you guys help me fix this.

You have nothing to worry about PHP warnings, it won’t affect anything on your website. If you wish to turn off the PHP warnings, please check this article.
