Thank you for reaching out to us. This looked like a cache issue, I cleared all WP Rocket plugin’s cache and this seems to have fixed the errors,
You might also ask your host to check on whether it’s blocking access to wordpress.org and make sure they are running the latest version of OpenSSL. Also please checkout https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/getting-errors-when-try-to-update-or-install-plugins/
