Based on the warning messages that are displayed, it seems that the issue is not related to the theme or Cornerstone but to your Wordpress core and the accesspress-twitter-feed-pro plugin.
Firstly, please try to disable the plugin accesspress-twitter-feed-pro and see if the warning messages persists.
Another step you can take is to disable WP_DEBUG by logging in through FTP then edit the wp-config.php file and find the line: define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );. Set it to false then save the file.
Please note that since this not related to the theme, we cannot provide support for it.
