Error messages - can you help please?

My web developer has contacted me with the following problems. Can you help please?

This is the error throws by one of the plugin so you can raise the ticket from where you purchased this theme:

Upon going through the error message, it’s not a theme issue. The problem is occurring because of mojo-marketplace-wp-plugin. Because it’s a third party plugin, it’s outside the scope of the support we offer. But since you have contacted us, I will try to point you in right direction to resolve the problem.

Please check whether or not WordPress debugging is set to false. In wp_config.php file you will see an entry for WP_DEBUG. Please make sure it’s false. If WordPress debugging is turned off then the error might be coming because of PHP error_reporting. You can place error_reporting(0); instead of define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); on your config file and that should solve the problem.
