Error Message When Installing Plugins

Hi, I’m encountering error messages when installing plugins, e.g. White Label, WooCommerce, & LayerSlider.

What is the likely caused for these and how can I ensure an error-free install?

Hi Jun,

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be some different reasons behind your reason, and I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Thanks

Hi,

Tks for replying.

Disabling child theme works, but somehow white label still have error when trying to install, but after you refresh the page, it is installed and can be activated.

But when applying my logo, the logo size is confined to the original Wordpress logo size.

Not a big deal now. I’ll fix this issues last until I settle the major ones first.

Thanks once again.

You are most welcome Jun
