Error Message - what can I do?

Hi, I get this error message:

Hey Kathrin,

The error message tells us that you added some code in the functions.php file in your child theme. Please login to your server via FTP or your web host’s interface to your server and download and edit the functions.php file and remove the code you added.

If you’re not sure how to do this entirely, you’d need to ask your web host support if they can do this for you. Otherwise, you’d need to hire someone who can do this, usually a developer.

Please note that we do not provide support for customizations including issues that arise from them.
