The message that pops up when I try to edit a page in cornerstone is: “The Preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete.” I tried turning all of the other plugins off except cornerstone, and that didn’t work. I also tried rolling the PHP version back in WP engine,. but that wasn’t the issue either. Can you please help me troubleshoot this?

Could you please advise if you’re running the latest versions of both X (8.0.9) and Cornerstone (5.0.9)? If you’re still having these issues after updating, I can check the site if you add login credentials in a secure note.
Ah, ok I was running a child theme that needed to be updated to the latest X theme version. I got that updated and everything is working great! Thanks for the reply. Happy holidays!
