Error message receiving when using cornerstone with my woocommerce website site

Not sure how to handle this - I had to roll back the latest update because it caused the website to break…and now I am unable to make any edits in cornerstone. can you please help?

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you are using the stable version of X theme i.e 7.2.3, whereas the Cornerstone plugin has been updated to the 5.0.7. I would recommend you to update the X theme and the Cornerstone to the latest version i.e 8.0.10 and 5.0.10, or else downgrade the Cornerstone to the stable version i.e 4.2.3.
I would suggest you follow the below steps while updating to the latest version of the theme.

1. Delete the Cornerstone
2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version

If that does not resolve the issue, I would suggest you troubleshot a few common issues to find the reason behind it.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Child Theme Related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
