Error message - oops slider with alias church home not found

Hello,

I’m not using any sliders and have deactivated them on the masthead boxes but am still getting the error message on the homepage. Could you advise how to delete this please? I installed a plug in to clear the cache but it’s saying this doesn’t work. The website is www.littlecinosocial.com.au Please let me know if you need any more information.

It might be browser cache too. Try to clear browser cache. If the issue persists, can you share the machine and browser you were using so we can duplicate the issue? Thank you.

That’s so weird it still shows up for me although isn’t publicly visible so isn’t a major issue just annoying. What information do you need? I use a Macbook Air and Chrome as the browser?

Hey Anna,

I checked in Macbook Air and Chrome and I don’t see the issue. Did you clear Chrome’s cache as Lely suggested? If you’re logged in, please log out and check your site.

Regretfully, we can’t help in this case as we can’t see the issue. Try using another browser if you keep getting this issue in Chrome or hire a local IT guy to fix your Chrome browser.
