Error Message Invalid Template Markup

Hi! On my site, http://dev-religion-news-foundation.pantheonsite.io/ Several elements are not showing and have this error instead, “This element could not render due to invalid template markup. This could be due to changes introduced by a third party plugin. The front end of your site should still function normally” .I deactivated all plugins and cleared my cache and still have the error. I followed this thread https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/nav-modal-displaying-error-message-in-pro-editor/59226/6 and still don’t have a solution. Could you guys help look into this? Thank you!

Hello Suzanne,

Thanks for writing in!

Is there any specific page that’s having the template markup issue? On my end opened bunch of pages in Pro Theme and I don’t see the problem.

In case problem is limited to specific page, please share the URL for us to take a closer look.

Thanks.

Thanks for your quick reply–It happens on the Donate page (http://dev-religion-news-foundation.pantheonsite.io/pro/#/content/86/layout) and the What We Do page (http://dev-religion-news-foundation.pantheonsite.io/pro/#/content/53/layout)

Hello @suzannereid,

After further investigation, I found out that there is a JS error on the page. You happened to have included Hope this helps. in the JS section.

I went ahead and remove it already. You can not edit the pages.

I still got the same error after i checked but then upon further inspection, I realized that there were a couple of HTML errors. (<href> instead of <a href> etc). Thanks for your help!

You’re welcome!
It is good to know that the issue has been fixed already.
