Hi there,

The information given in the Secure Note is confusing and we could not find the URL/User/Pass combination which will work as a Wordpress Dashboard which you experience the problem.

Would you please kindly get back to us with the correct information in Secure Note to follow up?

As it turns out, you are using the older version. X 5.1.0 and Cornerstone 2.0.5 are now available in automatic updates! This release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/). Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Thanks - updated it all and no luck - i am still getting the error screen when trying to use the page builder. What next?

You are using different theme when I checked. Would you mind activating X theme and Cornerstone plugin so we can check the issue?

I use X and cornerstone on some of the domains and it appears to be active on those domains, namely:
ethics matters
legal briefs
please look again!

Could you check if this is being caused by a conflict - to do it, just disable all of them and verify if there`s any problem yet. If it worked, just enable one by one to find which is causing this problem.

No that did not solve the problem - i still cannot use X on any of the domains where i have installed the theme because i get the error message.

Thanks for writing in! I investigated one of your site particualrly this: http://ethics.snodger.com.au/
Cornerstone will not work because everytime you visit http://ethics.snodger.com.au/, you will get redirected to: http://ethicsmatterstvseries.com/

I am not sure where the redirection came from because I could not find any in your settings (Settings > general) or in the network settings (http://www.snodger.com.au/wp-admin/network/site-settings.php?id=7). If you are using domain mapping, please disable that yet because Cornerstone will use the home url/site url from the settings.

Hi again,

When I go to your admin sites, i see each of your sub domain is mapped to a different domain (see screenshot)

Please disable the domain mapping and try editing pages in Cornerstone.
