Error log filling with php error

Hi there,

I’m running a couple sites where the error logs are rapidly filling with the following error:

wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php invalid argument supplied on line 291. I’ve been through the support forum and the closes I can find is this thread. https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/php-error-with-your-google-analytics-plugin/41770
I have disabled the google analytics plugin, and the error log has not re-appeared. Is this a bug? I’m not up with PHP so this is foreign to me!

My site is neckofthewoods.com.au, running Pro 2.4.6 on WP 5.0.2

Are you using the “Google Analytics” from Theme.co? Please make sure that you are update to date. The latest available version is 3.0.0. Please update your plugin first.

Thanks, I reactivated the plugin and, sure enough, the error log re appeared and the error log file is already at 6 GB after less than 24 hours. I will deactivate the plugin again.

Our developers has been informed about this. Please make sure that you are using at least PHP 7.2 and make sure that all the fields in the Google Analytics plugin settings is filled. Meanwhile, if you still continue to experience the issue, please deactivate the plugin and use other 3rd party plugin while waiting for a fix from our developers.

Thanks. I’ve updated to PHP 7.2 so will see if this helps! This seems to be affecting another site that I manage on the same host, so will see if that also makes a difference there.
