Error is Revolution Slider display 'below the masthead'

The issue is that a full-width page sider under the masthead displays the size of a wallet photo. I worked with Theme Punch first as the slider would not update. I had to upload it via ftp. First they confirmed that my settings were correct. After that, we did some testing and discovered there is a bug with the view for below the masthead. It is working above the masthead and also standalone - in a WordPress page (I did not test with Pro page layout) I will update the URL so you can see each of the three in one page. - This is one slider, 3 ways.

Before contacting anyone I tried deleting the slider from the page, saving, and then adding it back. For some reason that seemed to work with videos that are on our server but not with images that are placed in the page via the masthead.

Thank you for writing in and sorry that you’re having that issue. The below masthead container is fullwidth so I’m not sure how that affects your slider, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

Hello @GeorgiaG,

It seems that you have set the slider layout settings to auto. When it is in auto, it is best that you set a minimum width or layer area size. I have edited your slider and set it to fullwidth instead.

Please check your test page now.
