Error Content failed to save

Hi Themeco Team,

please could you help us with this error. We are not able to update site content any more due to following error:
"Uh oh! Failed to save!"

We also had look at other help articles but could not figure out any solution that worked for us.

Console Log shows following:

POST https://WEBSITE/wp-json/themeco/data/save?_locale=user 500

Please could you give hint or helping us?

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects saving your page.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

• Admin level username and password
