Error after update of corenerstone

Just updated cornerstone and now when I go to the admin section I get this error. Not sure what it means.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cornerstone_plugin_init() (previously declared in /home/dallasc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/cornerstone.php:20) in /home/dallasc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone_OLD/cornerstone.php on line 21

I am not sure what WP version it is as I can not get to the back end. Any ideas?
