Error Activating Cornerstone

Hello! I realized Cornerstone was not working correctly when I tried to replace a picture background. I checked my plugins and saw the Cornerstone Plugin was not activated. Selecting “activate” led to the error below shown in the screenshot. Any help would be appreciated.

Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. Can you please provide login credentials for your staging site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

By investigating the site listed in your Themeco account, we found that you are using the Pro, and the issue mentioned is with the X theme. Please remember that you don’t need to install the Cornerstone while using the Pro.

Hey There,

You are running Pro not X so you do not need Cornerstone. The page builder functionality is built into Pro’s core. Only X requires Cornerstone. All the best!
