Error Accessing Elements - Permalink Problems

I am having problems accessing ELEMENTS on https://www.beta1.gulfhorizonsweb.com/ . I tried the suggestions available in the support forum but no success. It errors to a missing page. Can you check. I am using ethos3. I have already disabled plugins, cleared the cache and resaved permalinks. Nothing works.

Under Settings > Permalinks > Custom Structure please remove index.php from URL structure and then save the changes.
