Hi I’m still really finding my way here. I was trying to log in to my site - never had an issue before now I’m getting this - ERROR: Access from your IP address has been blocked for security reasons. Please contact the administrator.
I am the admin ? wtf ! I’m assuming it’s the result of some security setting on a plugin but I can’t access the site in anyway ( that I know of )any ideas would be welcome before I cut my throat or go back to Bootstrap !!

Thanks for asking and sorry for the trouble you are facing.
It looks like there is some sort of IP filtering going on your server. After going through the ticket, I suggest you to get in touch with your hosting provider as it’s not X Theme related problem. Have you installed some security plugin?I can’t see complete list of plugins installed on your website as I can see a cache extension active up there.
Please get in touch with hosting provider as they are better positioned with the root access of your server and other tools to help you out.
