Error 522 & Cornerstone plugin causing website crash

Hi There,
Upon updating my X theme, wordpress, & cornerstone plugin the website crashed. I have tried disabling all other plugins to check if any of them are causing the problem- and it is only cornerstone that appears to crash the website when activated.
The website now has a 522 error and therefore I’m unable to access my dashboard.

What do you suggest to fix it?

Thanks

Hello @TVBCOffice,

Thanks for writing to us.

522 error occurs due to web server overloaded. I would suggest you increase the PHP memory limit.
Please have a look at our documentation to learn more about how to increase the PHP memory limit.

Hi there,

We have just bypassed our cloudflare, and have gone through all the suggested issues but are still having the same issues.

Can you please help?

Hi @TVBCOffice,

I have checked your website listed in your Themeco Account and found it is working fine. If you are still having the same issue, I would suggest you contact your hosting service provider on this and let us know their feedback.

Thanks
