ERROR 503 - SERVICE UNAVAILABLE with X-Theme on woocommerce products

Please help. While using X-Theme we get a 503 error when visiting our woocommerce product pages. After switching to default wordpress theme everything works fine.

Everything is updated and I disabled all plugins to test this.
Currently running wordpress 5.7, X Version: 8.2.3, Cornerstone 5.2.3
Woocommerce Version 4.9.2

I checked your given page URL it seems that is working fine at my end. It might be the issue of browser cache, I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again. Please check the screenshot in the secure note. In case if the issue still persists at your end please let us know.
