Error 502 Gateway Error when trying to use Cornerstone

Hello,
Every time I try to use cornerstone on a post edited with Cornerstone, I receive this timeout error. Contacted my host, and they said to contact the developers.

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your site, I see that you’re not fully updated with regard to your X theme & Plugins. I would suggest you to update your theme & plugins first, purge your server cache and test this issue again.
