Error 500 trying to download Cornerstone

Hi,

I have this issue : You’re almost ready to start using X. Please click here to install and activate the required Cornerstone plugin.

But when I click, an 500 error occurs.
I revoked my licence, but it didn’t solve the problem.

Could you please help?

I suggest that you deactivate all your plugins and try to install the cornerstone plugin. If it doesn’t help, please provide the FTP access in the secure note.

I just check your website and it seems that the latest version of cornerstone plugin is just working properly on your end. I don’t see an error.

Yes, thank you very much, I had to desactivate every plugings and then it worked. Now I have to find out which one is responsible for that incompatibility.
