EP FORM duplication

Hi there,

I’m building a site at:

https://birdie-elektromosauto.hu/savings-calculator/

I want to make it bilingual, so I created a CLONE of the page, here and also cloned the EP form:

https://birdie-elektromosauto.hu/en/savings-calculator/

However, the calculations that work in the Hungarian version will not work in English. What can be the cause of this?

Thanks for reaching out.

I checked and the only difference that I can see is the item number in the calculation area. Is it intentional to calculated different items for each language?

Please try re-doing the calculation area based on the existing items (and if needed, the items for that language too). I tried on my installation and it works to the items saved on it.

Yes, it automatically updates the associated numbers. I tried changing them back but it did not help either.

Hi @Pbalazs89,

In that case, would you mind providing more details of which items (item numbers and item names) are calculated from the working one? I like to compare and test it.

For the meantime, you can also try re-creating it as seems it’s working from newly created form.

Unfortunately it does not. The calculation at the top moves, but the ones at the bottom are broken from the beginning.

Sure please let us know how it currently works and which items number and name are calculated. The calculation only displays the item number. I’ll try re-creating the form with correct items based on the name that you’ll provide, maybe it varies when duplicated.
