Envira Gallery Sorting Dropdown Missing

Hello!

My “Sorting” dropdown isn’t showing as seen in the first screenshot of these instructions:

I’ve attached a screenshot of what I see:

Versions in case that helps:
Envira Gallery Lite Version: 1.10.0
Pro Version: 6.5.16
WordPress version: 6.7.2

Thanks for writing in! I have tested this on my local install. I used Envira Gallery Version: 1.10.1. I have the dropdown right here:

Please share the WP access of you site so we can check it out. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Hello @RinardMedia,

We have a different version than the one you have. I am not sure where you downloaded the plugin.

I recommend that you deactivate the plugin and delete it. Go to Pro > Validation > Extensions and install that available plugin version instead.
