Hi Folks,
Having issues with EnviraGallery license. I’ve purchase the Envira Gallery Plus license. I keep getting the error about needing a license and I cannot access AddOns - error on this too.

I applied the code suggested here: https://theme.co/docs/envira-gallery via a child theme but no joy. I cleared caches but still nothing.

I’m using EG on this same host on another client site and it works fine so I doubt it’s a hosting issue but …

Can you help? I’ll add the secret scooby login info for you shortly.

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you please deactivate and delete the plugin, after that, you need to reinstall the plugin then check it again. If the issue still persists I would suggest you please contact to Envira gallery support.

Hello @prakash_s,
I wrote to Andrew at Enviragallery and his solution was actually much simpler. Deactivate Pro (choose another theme) then enter the license key and select the AddOns I want. Once that’s all set, go back and reactivate Pro and everything is up and running fine.
