I am at my wits end. I have tried everything I can think of to eliminate the error “The requested content can not be loaded. Please try again later.” Last time you suggested jy customer clear her cache. She has done this multiple times including turning off her computer. It works fine for me and the last time you checked it worked for you. This was happening on a staging website and we have since migrated to it perminate home.
This is for the Bloom restaurant at the moment.Looking at the error log this is what I see for today

Hello @Chevyfixr,
Thanks for writing to us.
I checked your given site URL, and it seems that the gallery lightbox is working fine on my end. I have tested it on the Google Chrome browser version 145.0.7632.77. I would suggest you please disbale the all the browser extensions and recheck it. If it doesn’t work for you, please let us know the browser and its version so we can check it on our endand guide you properly.
Thanks
Would it be better for me to buy Envira to get answers to my problem? I talked to IT at Mitchell and they tell me it is my problem even though it seems to be only happening on their network. My other option would be to create a different gallery from a different plugin.
Hey Stephen,
Another staff member here. I can view most of the images except the first 3 images.
- Check out the links in the secure note below.
Thanks.
Yes that is the problem we are having. Can you guide me to a solution to resolve this?
I deleted those pages figuring they might be interfering with the gallery. Do you see the error now?
Hey Stephen,
This issue could be a slug conflict or the image URL no longer exists.
You will have to edit your gallery image and check the URL of the image:
Click the “Media File” button to supply the absolute URL of the image, then save the metadata.
- See the secure note below.
TIP: When adding the image into your gallery, always double-check the absolute URL of the image.
Thanks.
I fixed them by deleting the offending pictures from the gallery then adding them back in.
Hello Stephen,
Glad that you were able to fix the issue. If the issue persists, please feel free to reach out to us with any further queries.
