Envira not working correctly

Hi,
I have a site with several Envira Galleries, the thumbnails display ok, but when clicked the lightbox activates but I receive a message stating ‘The requested content cannot be loaded, please try again later’

Any ideas would be really appreciated.

This site has been live for quite a while and it has only recently been reported that the galleries are not working.

I have tried the ‘Fix’ button in the envira settings
I deactivated the plugins (leaving cornerstones and envira active) - no change
I flushed X theme Cache

One thing i have noticed when viewing with chrome and looking at the errors Envira seems to be calling the large image from the old domain I built the original site on… I can’t see the envira entries in the database though to check

Thanks for reaching out.

It appears your image URLs aren’t actually serving images, for example, open this URL http://3dtrade.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/guttering-by-manns-roofing-1024x768.jpg and it will display a page instead of image. I recommend contacting the site owner and have it fixed. That site was also not built from X theme and probably permalink related issue.

I built the site, and it was built using X (The current site under 3dtrade.co.uk isn’t built using x theme)

Does envira store information regarding url in the database?

Yes, it does.

You can try installing this third party plugin

Better Search Replace

Then do a search and replace.

Search For: http://3dtrade.co.uk
Replace with: https://bradfordupvc.co.uk
