Envira It doesn’t work, I get the following message:

The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. This is most often relates to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing a PHP error.

But I check everything, delete the plug in and install it again and nothing, please help me.

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks for answering, I have changed the Theme to twenty twenty two and everything runs fine… What could I do in this case??

In that case, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
