Envira Gallery - Uploading Photos - HTTP Error

Hi - My client is trying to upload photos to an Envira gallery and keeps getting an error message that simply says ‘HTTP Error’. I cannot reproduce this on my environment in order to truly debug. I have found similar threads that have reference increasing the PHP memory limit - I’ve already upped that to 256MB and that hasn’t fixed the issue.

Please let me know what I can do to address.
