Envira gallery thumbs not showing on mobile

Hello - I know this is 3rd party, but integrated so starting here because you have such amazing support and maybe can help.

Lots of galleries here, all in artists and photographers, and having same issue on all. Looks lovely on laptop, desktop, but on mobile the thumbs just show the blank grid space. However, clicking where an image should be does open in lightbox and scrolls perfect.

I checked the given page in mobile and the gallery works just fine.

Not sure if you have issue with any particualr device or OS. I have checked in iPhone 6
