On the main page, with one page navigation, I have an album from the Envira photo gallery …

The problem is that when you click on the gallery to view it with lightbox, the thumbnails do not appear.

Any ideas?

Would you mind providing your site’s URL that has this issue?

For the meantime, please try installing Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and generate your images again. Just in case those thumbnails are missing.

I have checked your site and it seems that the thumbnails does not exists.

Did you already regenerated the thumbnails? The error in the screenshot is not that clear. Please provide us access so that we can investigate further.

The problem is that when I click to regenerate the thumbnails, all the task gives error. No thumbnails are updated

I also checked the case and indeed there should be a problem on the file permissions or other aspects of your hosting service provider. I suggest that you check your file permissions:

And if you still have problems contact your hosting service provider to follow up. If you want to contact your hosting service provider inform them that the regeneration of teh thumbnails is not working and the error is:

The hosting says it does not see anything wrong. The permissions according to them are correct. Some thumbnails are created on the server, but not the ones that Envira Gallery needs!

I have already found the problem. When the web is hidden and attack it by modifying the hosts file of the pc, the plugin tries to attack the web that is visible but is in another hosting when using the same domain name …

Once the domain points to the web in construction the plugin will work.
