Envira Gallery stopped working

Hi there,
I have Envira Gallery bundled in Pro theme, I have created a gallery which worked fine for a couple of months, but now I cannot even edit that form. The message it shows instead is:
“In order to create new galleries, access addons, and receive automatic updates for Envira Gallery, [please enter a valid license key here.”
So, does this mean that we are not allowed to use any of its free options anymore ? Has it stopped beeing bundled with Pro? What can I do to restore and edit my gallery?

Hi Maria,

Thank you for writing in, that should not be, Envira Gallery is a bundle plugin you should able to use it. Please check the following:

• Check the version of Theme and Envira Gallery that you have, make sure they are compatible version (version compatibility)
• Clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
• Do Testing for Plugin Conflict, it is possible that there is a plugin conflict causing this issue.
• If none of that works, try to revoke and revalidate the theme.
