Envira gallery settings not found

Hi guys, getting an error when trying to get to the Worpdress dashboard after disabling most plugins to test for conflict - https://prnt.sc/IK63oi4fCjNX

Your help would be appreciate it.

Hey @kcreative,

Thanks for reaching out!

We can’t see the dashboard of your website because of the error. That being said, I highly suggest use FTP access then go to this folder path wp-content/plugins, then rename the envira-gallery folder to something like this old-envira-gallery. It will deactivate the said plugin and you will now able to access your dashboard. Then do the following items:

  • Delete the Envira Gallery plugin from the plugin lists
  • Reinstall the Envira Gallery from the bundled plugins

Appreciate the quick reply. I did try that, but still getting the same error. Updated the secure note with an ftp login, if you need it.
