Envira Gallery Pro with X Pro

I just purchased an Envira Pro license. I am trying to input my key, but in Settings, the box to actually type it in is non-existent. I figure it is a conflict with the baked-in version of Envira with the theme. Is there a function I can use to bypass this and get the option to use the Pro version?

Figured that out, but it seems I now have a common problem of not being able to install the addons, even though I have an active Pro license. Any help would be greatly appreciated. These types of small issues get annoying fast.

As you have already purchase the plugin, its better to get help from them. If you will get a response that there is some issue with the theme then we would love to help you on this.

I also have an email out to them, but I don’t know from where the problem stems so I’m reaching out to all possible sources.

I tried installing the addons however, I am getting There was an error installing the addon. Please try again. error message. I tried clearing the cache but getting the same error message. Can you please try switching to a different theme and see if doing to let’s you to install the Addons? It’s a live website and we don’t have the permission to fiddle with core functioning of customer website.

That being said, please make sure that you are running at least PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid any WordPress related incompatibility issues. If you’re not sure what your server configurations and settings are, install a plugin like WP-Serverinfo (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/) and check your server info by head over to Dashboard -> WP Serverinfo area.

I just logged into my WP and it is magically working now. Not sure why, but happy it is. Thank you for looking into it.
