Envira Gallery pagination not working

Hi there,

I’ve been having trouble getting the pagination to work for the envira gallery on this page http://www.eurasianwhispers.com/gallery/

I’ve spoken to their support staff and they made a few changes that seems to have worked from their end, but when I go onto the page there are no pagination options below the images (which is how I set it).

I have purged all the caches multiple times, visited the page from multiple browsers, from multiple computers, but nothing seems to work. And from their end they have done the same thing and it has worked every time!

The weird thing is when I click ‘preview changes’ in the Envira Gallery screen in Wordpress I can see the pagination and when I preview the page in the X Pro Cornerstone builder I can also see it there, but it never appears for me (or anyone else here) when the actual website is loaded, no matter how many times we wipe the cache and view it on incognito…

I strongly suspect that I’m doing something stupid here but can’t for the life of me figure out how to get it showing for me…

Was hoping that you might have some ideas!

Thanks,
EW

Hi EW,

Pagination is working when I checked. I even tried checking on multiple browsers. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbjUiUIcj7

Hi Lely,

This is exactly what the Envira developer said to me as well, that it worked on every time on all her browsers across multiple devices.

But for me it is the exact opposite - I have used my phone, my MacBook and someone else’s PC and pagination does not show up on any of them. Each time I have purged the Siteground cache, the WP Rocket cache and the browser cache, but it doesn’t work…

All of the devices that I have used have been the same size as an 11-inch MacBook or less - I wondered if that might have something to do with it?

Thanks,
EW

Hi EW,

I am using windows when I checked. On your browser, can you inspect element and see if there’s any error on the console?

Hi Lely,

Sure. This is the error list that I got when I opened it just now:

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (null, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (null, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (null, line 0)

Selected Element
< < div id=“x-section-2” class=“x-section” style=“margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px px; background-color: transparent;”>…
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (cs-head.js.map, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (cs-body.js.map, line 0)

Just for comparison - as I mentioned earlier, when I go into cornerstone builder for the ‘gallery’ page and click on the square box to the left hand side that lets you view the page, I see the pagination. This is the error list that I got for when it works:

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (null, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (null, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (null, line 0)

Selected Element
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (cs-body.js.map, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (cs-head.js.map, line 0)
< < div class="envira-pagination " data-envira-post-id=“517” data-type=“gallery” data-page=“1” data-per-page=“15” data-max-pages=“2”>…

Thanks,
EW

Hi there,

They aren’t errors, but just a debug message when it looks for the map files needed for debugging. So yes, they are only visible when you debug it through the developer tools. How about a video recording of the issue, and what you expect to happen for the pagination? Maybe what we’re seeing is different from what you’re expecting

Thanks!

Hi Rad,

Thank you, I managed to get it sorted anyway.

Cheers,
EW

You’re welcome. Glad you’ve sorted it out.
