Envira gallery not working

HI. I have all my galleries with Envira. In some of the posts I can see them and in other they had dissapeared. Need some help.

Hey @jimenagordillo,

Please give us the URL where the gallery appears and one the doesn’t.

For the meantime, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
