Envira Gallery not showing up in 5 rows

Hello. Well I initially set up the rows for my Envira Gallery to be 5 rows like the attached at 200 px square set at Automatic grid format. But I am getting other rows instead. I had to reupload my design samples so that the black border would show up properly and it does! Mind you, I changed it from 2px to 1px and I like it better.

I cannot find where to change the columns to 5 because there is no dropdown menu anymore in the Config Gallery Layout area as some videos state. Am I missing something?! Screen Shot 2020-11-25 at 11.24.43 PM|456x500 The second screenshot shows no dropdown menu for the Gallery Layout area.

This is what my page looks like right now…

I also notice that the images on the right-hand side are cut off a bit. How do I get it to 5 columns and not have the images cut off on the side?

Also find attached the Envira Gallery settings.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Grace,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you are using the 1.9.1.4 version of Envira Gallery. This might be due to the version compatibility issue, I suggest you compare your extension version with our version compatibility page for the supported version of plugins with the theme.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

I spoke with the Envira Gallery people and a tech told me that the columns were under Mason, Grid, or Square layout. So I applied Square with 5 columns and got the attached. I even tried Mason and Grid and nothing changed.

The image is too small and it is not square! I will let you know what he says. I wonder if anyone else is having this issue. In case they are, this correspondence might be helpful.

The tech from Envira Gallery fixed it by tweaking the settings. I will find out what he did and report back.

Ok I just got this reply from Envira Gallery.

We’re having an issue with the gallery layouts being off when lazy loading is disabled. I just went ahead and enabled lazy loading for this gallery (as well as changed it back to the Grid layout), and that was able to get us back to your desired effect. This issue should be resolved with our next release (we’re hoping that goes out in the next week or two).

Also, I just left the border CSS as is, as it appears to look fine with this layout.

Hi Grace,

Thanks for informing us. Please let us know if you need any further help on this from us.

Thanks
