Envira gallery not showing the name

Hi, I create envira galleries and when I want to use them in my posts they dont show, I add envira through elements, but instead of showing the names i get a blank list

Please make sure that you are using compatible version of Envira Gallery plugin. As of today supported version of Envira Gallery is 1.8.2.1. After that please try displaying the gallery using generated shortcode either in text or raw content element.

I have the latest version and when I get into de envira plugin it looks like this:

But what I mean is that when I am working in my post, and I want to add a gallery, I use elements, then envira and when I have to choose a gallewery it looks like this

This is known issue in the previous versions. It is already resolved in the latest release. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 2.1.5
  • X theme 6.1.5
  • Cornerstone 3.1.5

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-
