Recently my Envira Gallery has stopped loading on mobile. I had not made any changes to the page or gallery itself, but had recently updated plugins and the X Theme. Currently everything is up to date.

I checked the website and actually images are having issues loading on my Macbook air too. Further inspecting the website I see you are using Jetpack plugin. I suggest you to disable Photon feature of Jetpack and if possible for the time being disable Jetpack completely from Plugins > Installed Plugins.
Also I suggest you to clear W3 Total plugin cache to ensure latest resources at use.
