logoglo.com is the site…Hi there, so after the update, envira 1.9.3, if I have lazy loading enabled, it loads the images 3 times, 1st load is before the gallery shows, so not lazy, then when you scroll down, it loads 2 more of the same image…If I install the lite version, things work as they should, so none of the images load, then when you scroll, they load once.
Any ideas?
Also, is there a way I can rollback to the last version of the plugin to test?
I reached out to envira, and they say the version im using is 2 behind the current, and they would need to see the latest version to fix the errors…but for that, they need my license #, I told them its bundled with themex, but they still insisit
“ Unfortunately, no, without an Envira license, I cannot activate the latest copy of Envira Gallery on your site. Since you’re using the bundled version that comes with X-Theme, you will need to reach out to them for support with this, as they will be able to better assist you”
Can you help either with the error, or provide me with a license # for them, or update to the latest version?
