Just noticed that the lightbox of the Envira gallery doesn’t work on this page: https://travelcrestedbutte.com/crested-butte-adaptive-sports/
It seems like it works everywhere else there is a gallery. Any ideas on how to fix that?

Thanks for writing in! have your cleared the cache? Since you have installed a caching plugin WP Fastest Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.
And if possible, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks for the quick reply! After cleaning all the cache and disabling the plugins the gallery is still now working…
I do remember that issue happened before, not sure what fixed it though - maybe an update, and it is this gallery only, all other galleries are working fine…

Actually, it is not - apologize about the confusion, was unclear in my previous message. The issue has happened before with the same gallery and the following part was referring to the past:

The “malfunction” is still ongoing.

Ah, I see, in that case, would you mind providing the correct login URL? It’s currently displaying a 404 page.
The reason the lightbox isn’t working on that page is that there is no link wrapped to those images. Maybe it’s just a bit of setting and I need to test it

I see the lightbox enabled in your gallery setting. There is a Javascript conflict caused by your Facebook pixel though.
Please try removing your pixel code then check again.

The error is fixed now (had to add an email) but the gallery is still not functioning correctly…
